With proper care, growth of plants is good and they  have very long trusses, each having  upto 16 berries.

This is called Fish Bone Arrangement.

WINTER SEASON

Gardening has always been a passion for me. In beginning, I started with purchasing  potted flower plants and by passage of time I was able to grow  plants from seeds.
I started growing vegetables in earthen pots  about one year back in my terrace garden. As the days passed, I realised that growing plants gave me a feeling of satisfaction and I started observing plants, taking careof them and loving them . Last year, I tried to grow cherry tomato, ginger, turmeric, fenugreek (methi) and coriander (dhania) and I got success and harvested about 2 Kgs of cherry tomato, 1Kg of turmeric and other items in small quantity.
I realised that I dont know the right way of growing them specially organically except adding dried leaves and cow dung to the soil. An article relating to "Organic Terrace Gardening" motivated me to know more about organic farming on terrace in big cities with space constraints. I collected required informaion by sufingon net.

During this winter season, I have sown the seeds of cherry tomato, radish, capsicum , brocoli . I have also planted mint  and lemon grass. tomatoes are growing rapidly and they shall ready for harvesting within a fortnight.
